Droguería e Importaciones La California S.A. (DILCSA) is mainly focused on all aspects of the commercialization of specialty pharmaceuticals and medical supplies to the public and private sector markets. The mainstay of the public sector market in the region is comprised mainly by Costa Rica and Panama. Their places as the principal insurers and healthcare providers, as in the case of Costa Rica's Caja Costarrcense de Segundad Social (CCSS), affords universal coverage to the population.

Similarly, the Panamanian CSS system is not as extensive in its coverage, but business opportunity also thrives. The rest of the region lags well behind these two systems, however. opportunity's can definitely be found. As far as the Caribbean is concerned, the Dominican Republic is definitely the main market of the area.

Our desire to expand and diversify our company has proven to be a well-planned and executed strategy affording us growth in revenues from year to year, as well as the expansion of specialty areas, which to date include  gynecology and obstetrics, gastroenterology, hematology, surgery and infertility.
